We had such a great experience with TSP for my ten year old. They taught him the correct and safe way to weight train. He does exercises every night to become stronger! The staff and trainers are amazing and great to work with. They take the time to talk to you and explain everything. This is such a good program for young children who are in sports. We cannot say enough great things about them!

Both classes follow similar training structures, but the difference is in intensity and coaching approach. Intermediate sessions focus more on technique and development, while Advanced sessions push athletes to perform at higher intensity with greater precision and speed.
