Bailey Dameron
Bailey is a speed and strength coach at Transcend Sports Performance. He played football at Dawson County High School and went on to compete at the collegiate level, bringing high-level playing experience and intensity to every session. A Dawsonville native and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Bailey has been with TSP since June 2025 and serves as the head trainer for our Adult HIIT program. He also coaches speed and agility and strength classes for youth athletes and plays a key role in our 7v7 program. Bailey is passionate about helping athletes grow, build confidence, and reach their full potential. His energy, encouragement, and ability to connect with athletes make him an impactful and trusted coach.

I joined TSP for the adult HIIT classes back in June 2025. It's the longest gym membership I have ever had (and successfully stuck with), and that is thanks to the great trainers and classes that keep me engaged and motivated to get better/stronger during every class. These classes are for all fitness levels, and there is no shame starting completely out-of-shape like I did. I have always felt welcomed and encouraged and hope to continue my membership for a very long time!
I recently joined TSP when they began offering adult HIIT workout classes, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made! From day one, the experience has been incredible. Luke and the other coaches are not only knowledgeable, but also extremely supportive and encouraging. They make sure you're challenged and improving safely. Great facility and environment!
