Pause / Cancel Policy

All membership pause and cancellation requests require a minimum 30-day written notice. Please read the full policy below before submitting a request.

30-Day Notice Requirement

How the Notice Period Works

Important

All membership pause and cancellation requests require a minimum 30-day written notice submitted through our official request form.

  • The 30-day notice period begins on the date your request is received
  • Memberships remain active and accessible during this time
  • Billing will continue throughout the entire 30-day notice period

How to Submit a Request

All pause and cancellation requests must be submitted through our official request form. Requests made in person, by phone, or text are not considered official notice. Please note, you will need to sign in first in order to access and complete the form.

Please Note

If a request is submitted via email, we will honor the date of that email as the start of the 30-day notice period. However, the official request form must still be completed in order for the request to be processed.

Cancellation & Pause Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • Memberships cannot be canceled immediately
  • Your membership will remain active for 30 days after your request is received
  • Access to training will continue during the 30-day period
  • Your membership will automatically end after the 30-day notice period

Pause Policy

  • All pause requests require a 30-day notice
  • Pause requests take effect after the 30-day notice period
  • Once paused, your membership remains inactive until you notify us to resume
  • To reactivate, contact our team or submit a new request

Athletes may not attend or book sessions while their membership is paused. Billing will resume once your membership is reactivated.

Pause Eligibility

We understand that athletes may need time away due to injury, scheduling conflicts, or sports seasons. Pause requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
