About the Program

Built for the Youngest Athletes

Our Rookie Program is designed to introduce athletes ages 5–8 to the fundamentals of speed, coordination, and movement in a fun and supportive environment. Through structured drills and engaging games, kids learn how to run, jump, change direction, and control their bodies the right way.

We focus on developing confidence, improving coordination, and teaching proper movement from the start — setting the foundation for success in any sport.

Not Sure Where to Start?

If your athlete is 8 years old and you’re unsure whether they should begin in our Rookie Program or move into our Beginner Speed & Agility or Strength class, we recommend scheduling an evaluation with one of our coaches. This allows us to place them in the program that best fits their current skill level and needs.

Want to Try a Class First?

We offer drop-in Rookie classes for $35 per session so your athlete can experience the program before committing to a membership. Reserve your spot for $35. Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to book classes, manage your athlete, and sign up for future sessions with ease.

We started speed and agility classes here with Luke for my kindergartener. He LOVES running with Luke and Brayden. They do such a great job with their rookie classes, and I've watched my son's performance drastically improve over the last several months. He's running faster, his form has gotten so much better, and his balance has also improved. An added bonus, I've started strength training with John and I am lifting heavier and in better shape than I've probably been in my entire life. This has been such a positive gym experience, from someone who is traditionally not a huge fan of the gym in general 🙂
